You’re not stuck.

You’re too close to the problem.

Bring me the decision you’ve been circling for months. In 90 minutes you’ll leave with the real bottleneck named, your three highest-leverage moves, and a one-page plan.

Ninety minutes. One decision. My full attention.

The pattern

“Can I pick your brain?”

For twenty years, people have opened conversations with me the same way.

Business owners. Executives. Authors who haven’t started the book. Founders with too many ideas and no order to them.

They didn’t need another course. They didn’t need six months of coaching. They needed ninety focused minutes with someone far enough from the problem to see it clearly.

I finally stopped giving that away.

The ninety minutes

What happens in the room.

You bring one problem. Any domain — your business, your offer, your career, your book, your team, the launch you keep postponing.

I ask the questions you’ve been avoiding. Not to embarrass you. To free you.

Together we separate the symptom you walked in with from the bottleneck that’s actually holding it in place. Then we build the plan — on one page, in plain language, with your first move scheduled before we hang up.

Why I ask the hard questions

The outcome

You leave with

  • The real bottlenecknamed, in one sentence

  • A one-page action roadmap

  • Your three highest-leverage next moves

  • A recording of the full session

  • And the thing nobody puts on an invoiceyou stop carrying it alone

Set the expectation

What this is not.

Not coaching.Not a retainer.Not therapy.Not a pitch in disguise.

I’m not trying to keep you.

I’m trying to help you leave knowing exactly what to do next.

The guarantee

No clarity, no charge.

If you don’t leave with a clear next step, tell me before we end the call — and I’ll refund every dollar.

I can make that promise because in twenty years of these conversations, I’ve never needed to.

Questions

Before you book

What if my problem is unusual?

The domains vary. The pattern doesn’t. Whether it’s a business, a book, or a career, the bottleneck is almost never where you’ve been looking — that’s why you’re stuck.

Is this coaching?

No. Coaching is a relationship. This is a diagnosis. One session, one problem, one plan. If ongoing work makes sense afterward, you’ll ask me — I won’t pitch you.

What do I need to prepare?

Ten minutes of writing down everything living in your head about the problem. Bring the mess. Don’t organize it. That’s my job.

What if 90 minutes isn't enough?

It is, for one problem. If you’re bringing four problems, we’ll spend the first ten minutes finding the one underneath the other three. That’s usually the session.

Can my co-founder or partner join?

Yes, if they share the decision. One problem still applies.

Why is it only $197?

Founding rate while I document the first 20 case studies. The price rises when they’re done. This is the cheapest this will ever be.

What happens after the session?

You get the recording and your one-page roadmap within 24 hours. Then you execute. If the session surfaces something bigger, your $197 is credited toward a full Question Everything Audit booked within 14 days. No pressure either way.

Refunds?

If you don’t leave with a clear next step, say so before we end the call. Full refund, no friction.

Still thinking it over?

The bottleneck doesn’t announce itself. That’s the whole point.

Question everything. Act anyway.
